The diagram below is of a permanent magnet motor that Ron Cole designed and built this motor before his death. I asked John Bedini in a email several years ago about this design and he said the motor does indeed work, but the rpm is slow because of the magnetic forces involved. I have always wanted to build this simple design, but I can never seem to find the time to do so.
