Do you still have a old Bowman build laying around that didn't work? Pick up a set of diametric magnets for the main rotor and install as shown in the drawing below. Also install the magnets in the planetary rotors as shown. Play with the timing and gap spacing. Give it a spin. Take time to notice the similarity between this and the octagon or whipmag motor. The octagon motor planets are not hard timed with the rotor, thus the reason for hard starting and inconsistency. Mine is timed through gearing with the magnets installed as in the octagon. My disks are 4" and 2".
